Every flavor in this collection was built to mix clean into cookie doughs, buttercreams, fillings, frostings, glazes, and pastry creams. All Fleur De Flavor emulsions are water-based, heat-stable, and bake without fading, so the flavor you taste in the bowl is the flavor you taste on the plate.

Each bottle is sealed for freshness and made in small batches. Pick the cookies you bake with most. Add them to your collection one recipe at a time. Your customers will taste the difference the second they bite in.
