Refund & Return Policy – Fleur De Flavor

At Fleur De Flavor, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the following terms:

 


 

1. Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at inquiries@fleurdeflavor.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • For defective/damaged items or incorrect orders: Fleur De Flavor will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

 


 

2. Damages & Issues

We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you receive:

  • A damaged or defective item

  • An incorrect product

To process your claim:

  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will assess the issue and determine if a replacement, refund, or store credit is applicable.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items & gift cards

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original product.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Bank Processing Times:
