  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
  • Modification Requests: Changes to your order (e.g., address update, item substitution) must be requested within 24 hours.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2.2 Pre-Orders (if applicable)

  • Cancellation Policy: Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • Refund Policy: Pre-order deposits/payments are non-refundable unless the product release is canceled by Fleur De Flavor.

2.3 Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Order Approval: All bulk or wholesale orders must be pre-approved and may require a signed purchase agreement.
  • Cancellation Policy: Bulk orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Custom Orders: Any custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

3. Refunds & Return Eligibility

  • Orders successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
