How to use: Add 1 teaspoon to a standard recipe. Adjust to taste. Our emulsions are highly concentrated and unsweetened, so start small and build.

Best for: Vanilla, fruit, nut, spice, and dairy-based recipes. Cakes, buttercream, frostings, ice cream, beverages.

Not for: Chocolate. Emulsions can affect chocolate's structure. Use a chocolate-specific flavoring for chocolate work.
