We took our Pumpkin Pie Emulsion and paired it with a kiss of Whipped Cream Emulsion to make the dreamiest pumpkin cold foam you ever laid lips on. It’s warm, spicy, and creamy—without bein’ too sweet or overdone.

📝 Ingredients
For the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam:

½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1 tbsp milk of choice

1 tsp Fleur De Flavor Pumpkin Pie Emulsion

½ tsp Fleur De Flavor Whipped Cream Emulsion

1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
For the Drink:

1 cup cold brew or strong iced coffee

Ice

Extra cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice for topping
🧋 How to Make It

In a small bowl or frother, combine cream, milk, emulsions, and sweetener.

Whip or froth until light, creamy, and pourable (about 20–30 seconds).

Fill your glass with ice and cold brew coffee.

Slowly pour the pumpkin cream on top—watch that swirl, sugar!

Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with a straw (or drink it straight from the glass if you fancy).

You can batch the cream and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just shake it up before pourin'. You can also use oat milk or coconut cream for a dairy-free version—just make sure it froths well.
